Anyone can read a history book; very few have lived it. As a Tucson native and a two-time graduate of the University of Arizona, I have spent decades watching the Old Pueblo evolve from a quiet desert enclave into a vibrant, UNESCO-recognized cultural hub.
For nearly 40 years, I served on the faculty and as a Director at the U of A's College of Public Health and Campus Health Service. My career wasn't just in education—it was in connection. From leading international study abroad programs across Europe to deep community engagement right here in the Sonoran Desert, I've spent my life translating complex histories and cultures for curious minds.
Tucson Curated is the culmination of a lifetime spent exploring this region. On an expedition with me, you bypass the rehearsed scripts of crowded buses. Instead, you get a private, curated look at Tucson's hidden architecture, authentic culinary heritage, and raw desert beauty, navigated by someone who knows its every corner.
